Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night, reports TMZ. The actress is allegedly being treated for exhaustion and substance abuse issues. According to Us Weekly, Moore has bowed out of the film about porn star Linda Lovelace , which stars Amanda Seyfried in the title role.

Moore was hospitalized Monday night after a 911 call. According to TMZ, she is being treated for substance abuse issues. Her representative termed it exhaustion.

Despite the substance abuse claims, Demi's rep says of his client: "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.

"She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of family and friends."

Moore, 49, who announced she checked into treatment for exhaustion, has not commented on the claims.

Sources close to both Moore and Kutcher tell PEOPLE that Moore's prescription drug use was a contributing factor to the end of her marriage to Kutcher, 33.

"It was a sticking point for Ashton," a source tells PEOPLE. "He wanted her to take care of herself and get a hold of things, and she wouldn't."

Adds the source, "Her family and friends have been really worried."

Romney, who initially declined to release his tax returns, has faced a barrage of criticism from his rivals over the issue in recent weeks. He decided to release his returns this week after a stunning loss in South Carolina Saturday, but said during a debate last night he will only release information for the past two years.

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney paid about $3 million in federal income taxes in 2010, having earned more than seven times that from his investments. Those earnings, $21.7 million, put him among the wealthiest of American taxpayers. Romney's campaign said Tuesday he followed all tax laws.

At the same time, Romney gave nearly $3 million to charity — about half of that amount to the Mormon Church — which helped lower his effective tax rate to a modest 14 percent, according to records his campaign released early Tuesday.

Ginsberg defended that decision, pointing out that opposition researchers for President Obama would love to use the information. Suggesting the rival camp had dialed in to the conference call, Ginsberg said there were “26 people from the Chicago area listening in, and I think that sort of sums up the state of play.”

The returns revealed investments in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as off-shore money.

Brad Malt, the director of the Romney’s blind trust, said he had total control of the decision making when it came to investing in the beleaguered mortgage providers —which Romney has continually criticized — as well as a decision to open a bank account in Switzerland.

“Gov. Romney doesn’t have anything to do with these investments,” Malt said, adding he closed the Swiss bank account in 2010 because it wasn’t making much money and politically, “it wasn’t worth it.”

SCDF Commissioner Suspended - CNB Chief Under Investigation

The Commissioner of the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Peter Lim, 51, has been suspended from work since last month.

Chinese Daily Lianhe Wanbao reported today that he, Central Narcotic Bureau (CNB) Chief Ng Boon Gay and six other SCDF officials are under investigation by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB).

Two SCDF officials who hold senior ranks are amongst the six under investigation.

Quoting reliable sources, the paper stated that the case is linked to money and women.

There are no further details on when Mr Ng, who has been in the police force for 20 years, was called in for questioning by the CPIB.

The report added that Mr Lim's use of the official SCDF car has suspended too.

According to a national broadcaster, the Ministry of Home Affairs said that both Mr Lim and Mr Ng are on leave for now.

MHA is due to issue a statement tomorrow.

Mr Lim became the SCDF Commissioner in May 2009 and has been in the SCDF for 24 years.

Local government merit scholar, Mr Ng Boon Gay, 45, was previously in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) before heading CNB in January last year.

Tracy Morgan Collapses At Sundance

"30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan was rushed to a Utah hospital on Sunday after falling unconscious at an awards ceremony during the Sundance Film Festival.

Morgan was honored with an award at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City, Utah when he seemed disoriented during his speech and was escorted out of the building a short time later, where he fell unconscious, according to TMZ.

The comedian was rushed by ambulance to the Park City Medical Center and a spokesperson for the hospital said that no drugs or alcohol were found in his system. A rep for the actor released a statement explaining, "from a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention ... He is with his fiancée and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false."

The Hollywood Reporter quoted unnamed sources saying that Morgan seemed out of control before accepting the Initiative Award, yelling and falling to the ground. Morgan received a kidney transplant two year ago and was at Sundance for a screening of the film "Predisposed," in which he stars alongside Jesse Eisenberg and Melissa Leo. His publicist denied that Morgan -- a recovering alcoholic who was arrested twice for driving under the influence in 2005 and 2006 -- appeared intoxicated at the festival.
